The Vanilla Pod Bakery was created in 2009, after owner Pia Cato, won a business plan competition at the University of Gloucestershire where she was studying Marketing Communications.
Pia had always had a love for baking ever since she was a little girl cooking in her parents kitchen (click here to get to know Pia). While at university she spotted a gap in the market to create perfectly formed little cakes and hence started the Vanilla Pod Bakery as a home business specialising in baking bespoke cupcakes.
Fast forward to 2011 and the Vanilla Pod Bakery now operates from a small but perfectly formed bakery in the heart of Cheltenham where we passionately create cakes of all shapes and sizes for every type of event imaginable.
Our aim is to provide fantastically tasting cakes, impeccable service and to take care of all your cake related needs.
