How many desserts should we order?
We suggest around 10-30 per item of your choosing for your dessert table. Majority of our couples choose between 3 to 5 dessert types.
Can we use the dessert items as favours?
Absolutely. This is a very popular option. We can package the wonderful dessert items and they can be used as beautiful place settings and favours.
Macarons and biscuits are the most popular option. Though bite size triple chocolate brownies and bite size cupcakes also make excellent favours.

Can we have a dessert table and a large cake?
Of course, this is such a popular option. Many of couples choose to have 2 or 3 tiered cake as a central display cake and then dessert items placed around this on different height cake stands and plates.
However, this is your display, so you we could easily design a display with a 4 or 5 tiered, a single tiered cake or even a cheese stack.
Can we have more than one large cake?
This is perfect possible and would look stunning.
As an idea, you could have a beautiful 3 tiered cake, surrounded by two small 2 tiered cakes, three single tiered cakes and six dessert different dessert item choices. This would be a showstopping display.
Do you provide delivery and set up?
We can happily provide an expert delivery and set up service, please contact us for a quote.
We are happy to travel throughout the UK and abroad*, though we predominantly serve the beautiful Cotswolds.
Alterntively, you are welcome to collect your cake and dessert table items from our Cheltenham studio.**
*Please note, there is a minimum spend of £3,000.00 for cakes and dessert tables outside of the Cotswold delivery area.
**Subject to the type of cake you have requested.
Do you provide cake stands?
We can happily provide you with a quote for dessert table cake stand hire.
Please note, this service is only available within a 20 mile radius of the Vanilla Pod Bakery.
Alternatively, you are welcome purchase the cake stands yourself, either from us or other shops.

How to commission the Vanilla Pod Bakery for our wedding?
We are delighted you are considering booking a delicious dessert table with us.
To secure your date we ask you to completed a Save The Date form and pay a non refundable deposit of £350.00 (payable by credit/debit card or BACS).
The remaining balance is then due in full one month prior to your wedding or event date.
